What is your weakness?

Written by job-strategies  |  21. August 2007

Today, we continue with the most asked interview questions. What is your weakness? Please don't ever, ever answer, I have none. The interviewer knows no one is perfect with their work skills and qualifications. This doesn't mean that you provide the interviewer with a laundry list of your weakness. What you say or not say, may eliminate or move you closer to getting that job. There are two ways to answer: My weakness is that I'm a workaholic. When given a task to do, I want to make sure I finish it from A-Z. If that means I need to work overtime so be it. If it means occasionally working on a weekend, so be it. That is what I think my weakness is Mr. Interviewer. Or: State a weakness but follow up with the fact that you are doing something to improve the situation. I know I need to improve on my computer skills, so I'm taking a computer class in the evening. Email us with your response to this question.
