Take the path of MOST resistance

Exercise............yukkkk, I know. But it is important, as the old saying goes "if you don't use it, you'll lose it". Well, here's an idea that I have used almost all of my life, incorporate something into you daily routine. Every little thing you do for your body counts. Here are some pointers: 1. Never use the escalator! Walk up the steps! I know your tired and your feet hurt and, and, and.........Just walk up, don't make excuses. It doesn't matter if its slow as long as you are moving up. 2. Don't cruise for that front row parking space, take one in the rear of the parking lot and walk. You'll save time, have more choices and help your body. 3. When shopping don't take a wagon (unless your shopping for the week of course), carry stuff and use them as weights while you shop. No one will know what you are doing and if they look at you funny......who cares! The basic idea here is to add as much exercise to your normal daily routine as possible. You have to do something.
