Futterman & Lanza, LLP Hosts Free Elder Law and Estate Planning Seminars

SMITHTOWN, NY - The law firm of Futterman & Lanza, LLP presents a free two-hour seminar which addresses the topics of elder law and estate planning. The first "Medicaid Planning & Asset Protection" seminar takes place September 27 at 400 West Main Street, Suite 125 in Babylon. The second seminar will take place September 29 at 222 East Main Street, Suite 314, in Smithtown. The morning seminars run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the evening seminars are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The experienced attorneys at Futterman & Lanza will eliminate the confusion over Medicaid issues, and guide attendees through the estate and Medicaid planning process. Attendees will learn how to protect their assets, keep their home and qualify for government benefits.
