Fatal Early Morning Crash Claims Life of Deer Park Man
Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a motor vehicle crash that killed a man in Deer Park this morning.
Anthony Guglielmo was driving a 2013 MINI Cooper northbound on Deer Park Avenue when the vehicle collided with a 2011 Jeep Liberty traveling westbound through the intersection of Grand Boulevard at 3:40 a.m.
Guglielmo, 56, of Deer Park, was transported to Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the Jeep, Stefanie Russo, 37, of Hauppauge, was transported to the same hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
