LI’s Adorable Adoptable Pets: Brothers Lucky and Rocky Look Forward to a Life Together

Written by Lyndsay McCabe  |  10. July 2014

Two dogs are better than one! With two dogs, you have a best friend for your pet, someone to keep them in check, and you don’t have to worry about them being alone.  These two brothers, Lucky and Rocky, are best pals at Save-a-Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center, and are hoping to be adopted together so they can stay as a family within your family.

Lucky and Rocky are shih-tzu/havanese mixes who ended up at the shelter through no fault of their own.  Unfortunately, their previous owner had medical complications and as in and out of the hospital so often that she could no longer properly care for these little guys.  As small dogs, they do not need a whole lot of space, and would be fine with apartment living as long as they can go out on the occasional walk. Please consider adopting these brothers to give them a comfy dog bed and they'll return the favor with a lifetime of love.

Lucky and Rocky are neutered, house-trained, and up-to-date with all of their routine shots.
