Dear Long Islander,

Warm weather is headed our way, and although the weekend starts off with a rainy Friday night, it looks like the weather should clear up by mid-day on Saturday, and Sunday will be clear and cool - talk about your April Showers! This week has been a tough one for many people across the United States, as we come to terms with the tragic bombing at the Boston Marathon earlier this week. If you're looking for ways to help, be sure to check out our special feature on supporting the Boston Community, and if you're planning a special event in support of the victims of this attack, let us know, and we will be sure to add you to this guide. As you enjoy time with friends and family this weekend, keep the victims of the Boston Marathon Bombing close by in your heart, and your thoughts - we'll be sure to provide you with updates on the investigation into the attacks as they become available.
