Gunman on the Loose: 15-year-old Boy Injured in Baldwin Shooting

The Public Information Office reports a shooting that occurred on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 3:30 pm in Baldwin.
 
According to Detectives, Police responded for a youth disturbance in the rear of 1764 Grand Avenue. Upon arrival it was determined that an unknown male subject displayed a pistol and discharged multiple rounds towards the juveniles. The subject fled scene in an unknown direction.
 
A short time later, Police were notified of a male juvenile, 15,  sustained a gunshot wound to his hip. The juvenile was transported to a nearby hospital where he is listed in stable condition. No further description of the subject is available at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
