Goat Yoga for Kids and Adults in Smithtown

Written by Long Island  |  11. May 2021

Enjoy the benefits of yoga while interacting with adorable, friendly goats – and a sweet alpaca – during The Smithtown Historical Society’s Goat Yoga classes. This outdoor yoga class features a 45-minute yoga practice led by Kelly Mitchell from The Buddha Barn in Bellmore. The highlight of the class is the opportunity to meet and connect with gentle goats, which are rescues from Steppin’ Out Ponies and Petting Zoo

There will be plenty of photo ops with your friendly, furry classmates. Selfies encouraged! The first session of any class will be opened to children ages 7 - 17 accompanied by a parent or guardian. Registration is required. Tickets are $28 per person and all levels of yoga are welcome. Participants are asked to bring a mat, towel, and bottle of water.
