The foundations of a person are not in matter but in spirit.

We are all familiar with health plans. A health plan can be the insurance
you have in case you get sick, or it can be the structure you have in place to
keep your body in good working order.
For instance, a balanced diet or daily physical exercise.
But what about your spirit? What safeguard do you have in place for that
most vital part of you? The state of your spirit will affect the state of your
health, it is long known that imbalances and blockages in the energy or
spirit have a direct effect on the physical body.
This is because your spirit is who you are. It is where your life essence comes from. It IS your life essence. When your spirit leaves the body, the body dies. Your physical and mental health is completely dependant upon the health of your spirit.
So it bewilders me that very few of us have a spiritual health plan in place.
Things we do and are conscious of in our everyday life, that keeps our spirit,
our connection to God, The Universe, Our Higher Power ...in good working condition!
I am going to be writing a number of posts as time goes on. An Everyday Spiritual Health Plan.
These posts are a practical guide to creating and maintaining a healthy spirit. It
is a guide to ensure the health and well-being of the essence that is you.
They will give you structure to keep in place to support that spiritual well being.
