Johar, who is a licensed associate broker for the agency, has worked in the real estate sector for more than seven years, most recently as an associate broker at Century 21 in Plainview, NY. In addition to his real estate experience, Johar is a CPA and has a solid background in corporate finance and management.

A graduate from Saint Stephen's College in Delhi, India with a MBA in Finance, Johar moved from Delhi to the United States in 1976, where he first lived in Kew Garden, Queens, before
eventually establishing his roots in Syosset, NY, where he has lived with his wife and two children for nearly 25 years. He is affluent in three languages other than English, also speaking Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
