Even as I near adulthood I still enjoy participating in certain holiday festivities. It’s usually the crafty parts that draw me in. Baking cookies, pies, cakes; decorating eggs – it’s all right up my alley. But there’s nothing I miss more than being young enough to participate in an Easter egg hunt. I mean, I’m sure I still could. Who is going to stop a 25-year-old girl from have a wholesome good time? But looking absolutely ridiculous on my journey to becoming a full-fledged adult is not on my to-do list and so I will sit on the sidelines with all the other good adults while the kids get to be kids and have a great adventure.
