(Port Jefferson Station, NY) - Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center, Inc. announced that C.L.I.F.F.S. (Creating Long Island's Feral Feline Solutions) Clinic will offer low-cost spay and neuter services for dogs and cats. There will be a veterinarian available five days a week to perform these services. Originally established to spay and neuter feral cats as part of its Trap, Neuter and Return (TNR) program, C.L.I.F.F.S. Clinic is also offering to spay and neuter domesticated dogs and cats as a community service for pet owners who may not be able to afford the same services from a veterinarian. For the month of April, C.L.I.F.F.S. Clinic will spay and neuter feral cats for $50. For domesticated dogs and cats, please call for prices. "The economy has been very tough on pet owners who may need to have their pet spayed or neutered," said Dori Scofield, President/Founder, Save-A-Pet. "As a public service, Save-A-Pet is offering spay and neuter services at a more reasonable price that is less than what a veterinarian or animal hospital may charge." To make an appointment, call (631) 473-6333 extension 204.
