Syosset Man Arrested for Forcible Touching in New Hyde Park
The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Syosset man for Forcible Touching that occurred on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 3:25 pm in New Hyde Park.
According to detectives, Defendant Pankajkumar M. Shah, 63, of 6 Garden Circle while employed at the Valero Gas Station located at 1501 Jericho Turnpike did inappropriately grab and forcibly touched a 16-year-old female victim. The victim immediately left the location and notified police. The defendant was located and placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Pankajkumar M. Shah is charged with Forcible Touching, Sexual Abuse 3 rd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1 st Degree. He will be arraigned on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
