W A Meadwerks, a meadery in Lindenhurst, is offering curbside pickup and free local delivery of its popular craft meads. Mead is an ancient style of wine made from honey instead of wine grapes. Mead, which is gluten free, may also be flavored with fruits, herbs, and spices.

The W A Meadwerks tasting room may be closed for now, but you can bring the tasting room home to your living room. Order online anytime or call 631-991-3563 and let them know what bottles or cans you'd like to purchase. Times and dates of pickup and delivery vary so check their website or Facebook page or call them for more information.
