Dear Long Islander,
Towns across our Island have been celebrating the Emerald Isle all month long, and now St. Patrick’s Day is finally upon us. There will be parades, parties, festivals, and other celebrations all weekend long, and many residents will ride into the city for the annual NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Monday. We’ll be enjoying a welcome round of warm air today and tomorrow, but temperatures will begin to dip again on Sunday and will grow colder yet on Monday, so if you’re planning on heading into the city be sure your green clothes are thick and warm, and check out the tips below to make certain you get there and back again safe and sound.
