Bullfish Serves Up Healthy Items on Its Weekend Brunch Menu

SAYVILLE, NY - Every weekend, Bullfish is currently offering a wide variety of brunch items made with the freshest quality ingredients - from egg dishes to French toast to chicken wraps to seafood. The staff at Bullfish prepare the most unique and nutritious dishes, providing an alternative to brunch items being offered at other local dining establishments. Brunch includes a bagel and muffin bar; a choice of juice, Bloody Mary, mimosa or draft beer; an entree; and coffee or tea. The following entrees include: — Grilled Balsamic Salmon over a warm spinach salad with apple-smoked bacon and Shitake mushrooms — Seafood Cobb Salad with jumbo lump crab and shrimp — Bullfish Reuben, a flaky sauteed basa with melted muenster cheese, Thousand Island dressing and cole slaw on a ciabatta and sweet fries — Build Your Own Omelet, in which you get to choose three items (red bell pepper, squash, broccoli, asparagus, sundried tomatoes, carmelized onion, Shitake mushroom, scallion, corn, spinach, applewood smoked bacon, lump crab, shrimp) and one cheese (pepper jack, muenster, cheddar, goat cheese, feta and parmesan). — Smoked Salmon Plate served with red onion, capers, a hard-boiled egg and toast points — Savory Saffron Tomato Seafood Crepe made with lump crab, lobster and rock shrimp — Baja Fish Tacos, three soft tacos with Napa cabbage, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream — Crunchy French Toast, a traditional brioche with a light graham cracker crust, warm berry compote and whipped cream — Crab Cake Benedict, two poached eggs over crab cakes on a honey wheat English muffin with Cajun hollandaise sauce — Hanger Steak & Scrambled Eggs with red bell pepper and scallion — Blackened Chicken Wrap, a blackened breast of chicken with mixed greens, avocado ranch dressing and sweet fries Appetizers, soups and salads are also available for an additional charge. Appetizers include crab quesadilla, mussels marinara, steamed clams and popcorn calamari. Bullfish also offers mixed green salads, iceberg wedge, whole-leaf Caesar's salad, roasted beet, Bullfish chowder, vegetarian soup of the day and crab bisque. There are also "appe-tinis" with a choice of lobster, shrimp, crab or seafood salad cocktail. Bullfish also offers a children's brunch for those ages 10 and under, with a choice of Cheerios, oatmeal, cheese egg scramble or French toast. Each item is served with juice or milk and fruit salad.
