Designated by Congress in 1987, March, Women's History Month, begins in just a few short days. While women have made great strides and progress throughout the years towards obtaining equality, there is still much to be done to continue to empower and lift women up to a place of equality all across the board, within the workforce, the household and society.
 
That being said, now is the perfect time to participate in some events all about, and celebrating, women! From networking opportunities, to educational talks, to musical performances, you won’t want to miss out on these women-centered events happening March 2017 on Long Island!
