The science museum migrated from Shoreham Wading River where it was known as the North Shore Science and Technology Center. Executive Director, Delia Gibbs brings a raft of science exhibits and programs among them, Magnets, Dig It, Geology, Ancient Egypt and Germs. LISC offers Science in your Classroom, Museum Tours, Mommy and Me, Pre-School Science, Girl and Boy Scout Science Achievement, Saturday Science Specials, Science Birthdays and an Adult Lecture Series.
