Long Island Ducks Job Fair

Long Island's professional baseball team the Long Island Ducks is getting ready for the 2020 season and is looking to fill seasonal positions at Bethpage Ballpark. The team, along with Great South Bay Hospitality, will be hosting a Job Fair on Saturday, March 7 at 10 a.m. at the ballpark in Central Islip. Game day, concessions, and promotions staff positions are available.

Applicants will able to interview for game day staff positions including ushers, security, ticket takers, merchandise, parking lot attendants, box office assistants, bat boys, clean team, grounds crew, concessions, chefs, cooks, bartenders, dishwashers, suite servers, and more. According to a Long Island Ducks press release, those at the Job Fair will receive first consideration for employment.

The Ducks will also be interviewing for opportunities with the team’s promotions staff. Available positions include camera operators, music coordinators, video board operators, fun crew members and team mascot.

Applicants for all positions must be 16 years of age or older. Applications will be accepted until 1 p.m. on March 7 and candidates can print out and fill out an application form in advance.
