Fourth Squad Detectives report the arrest of a Cedarhurst man for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 1:00 pm in Cedarhurst.
According to detectives, officers responded to a 911 call for an incident that occurred at Lawrence High School located at 2 Reilly Road. The victim notified an administrator about being inappropriately touched by a school employee.
A thorough investigation was conducted and Constantine Theodosiou, 59, of 297 Madison Avenue was arrested.
Defendant Theodosiou is charged with Forcible Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Sexual Abuse 3 rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at First District Court, Hempstead.
