The Major Case Squad report the arrest of a Jericho man for a Burglary that occurred on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 5:45 pm in Manhasset.
 
According to Detectives, officers responded to Ethan M. Jewelers located at 148 Plandome Road for a commercial burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that an unknown male subject broke the front window of the business and removed various jewelry items before fleeing scene in an unknown direction.
 
After and extensive investigation, detectives located the Defendant Kenneth Moore, 57, of 38 Jericho Turnpike and placed him under arrest without incident. No injuries were reported.
 
Defendant Kenneth Moore is charged with Burglary 3 rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Friday, January 23, 2026 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
