This is word that should be outlawed and added to the list of words that are considered offensive. Diets do not, will not and can not ever work for long term healthy weight loss. For a quick drop of 10 lbs three weeks before that dreaded class reunion, OK, go ahead and diet. But for long term, healthy weightloss, the term is "Modify your LifeStyle", this is a toughy, I know. Breaking age old habits is a ongoing battle, I engage my mind (and appetite) in battle every week, sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, but I always battle. More on this very soon. Howard
