Most events are reviewed within 1-2 business days. To check the status of a submission, click on "My Account" on the top right hand corner of the screen to go to your Account Dashboard, then click "Events" in the middle of the new screen. Make sure to click "Events" on your Account Control Panel, not "EVENTS" in the blue navigation bar that appears at the top of every page.
