I took the first boat ride on the Great South Bay since Hurricane Sandy wrecked Long Island's South Shore. Hurricane Sandy's HUGE storm surge led to severe flooding causing major damage to Long Island and Fire Island waterfront communities. Houses are entirely gutted from waves pounding through them...
