NCPD Report of Robbery at TD Bank in Franklin Square

Franklin Square, NY - December 23, 2015 - The Major Case Bureau reports the details of a Bank Robbery which occurred on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 3:05 P.M. in Franklin Square.

According to Robbery Squad detectives, a male suspect entered the TD Bank located at 690 Hempstead Turnpike.  The suspect is described as a male black wearing tan pants, an overcoat, a Christmas hat with a visor and a scarf partially covering his face.  He approached a teller and verbally demanded money.  The suspect fled the scene on foot with no proceeds northbound on Carl Avenue.  There were nine employees and three customers in the bank at the time of the incident.  No injuries are reported at this time.
