East Garden City, NY - December 21, 2016 - The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Plainview man for Aggravated Harassment that occurred on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 12:38 pm in East Garden City.
According to detectives, Jasskirat Saini, 20 of Plainview was arrested on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 for multiple Bias Incidents at Nassau Community College located at 1 Education Drive, East Garden City. During the investigation it was discovered the defendant did write 2 swastikas on the exterior wall of Building H and KKK on the floor of F Building Cluster 225 on today’s date.
Saini is charged with multiple counts of Aggravated Harassment and will be arraigned on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at First District Court IN Hempstead.

Update - December 20, 2016 - The Third Squad reports the arrest of Jasskirat Saini, 20 of Plainview for the above crime. Saini is being charged with Aggravated Harassment and will be arraigned on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
East Garden City, NY - December 8, 2016 - The Third Squad is investigating a Bias Incident that occurred in East Garden City on Wednesday, December 07, 2016 at 8:40 am in East Garden City.
According to detectives, Third Precinct Police responded to Nassau County Community College located at 1 Education Drive after a security officer discovered 3 swastikas drawn on the B Cluster Building stair hand rail and on the wall. The swastikas were approximately 8 inches long and were drawn in black ink.
There have been three other Bias Incidents that have occurred at the college and are being investigated. They were discovered on:
October 15, 2016 – at 8:44 am it was discovered that 3 swastika were drawn inside the E Cluster Building 2nd floor men’s bathroom. They were drawn using a green magic marker.
October 28, 2016 – at 9:52 pm the cleaning staff discovered 2 swastikas and an anti sematic comment on the wall of the men’s bathroom in the Cluster D Building.
October 29, 2016 – at 12:40 pm security discovered multiple swastikas drawn in blue marker randomly placed on the walls and urinals in both men’s rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of the E Building.
