Woman Arrested for Stealing Snowman Decorations

Suffolk County Police today arrested a Central Islip woman for stealing a decoration from the front lawn of a Central Islip residence last month.

Tinisha Delacruz, 31, of Central Islip, stole an inflatable snowman off the lawn of a home on November 28.

Central Islip, NY - December 14, 2016 - Suffolk County Police today arrested a Central Islip woman for stealing a decoration from the front lawn of a Central Islip residence last month.
 
A woman stole an inflatable snowman from the front lawn of 275 Ackerman St. on November 28.
 
Following an investigation, Third Precinct police officers arrested Tinisha Delacruz, 31, of Central Islip, on December 14 at approximately 8:50 a.m.
 
Delacruz was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. She will be scheduled for arraignment at a later date.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
