"Bikes for Kids in America, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to providing bicycles to children in need. Communities across the country need to do their best to bring a sense of freedom and excitement to all kids.  A single good deed has the power to inspire any person to pay it forward and give back to others as it personally did for me.  Since I founded this charity in 2013, we have given away over 1,300 bikes to children in 6 states and brought smiles to their faces" - Enrico DeLuca, President of Bikes For Kids In America, Inc.

“Family Service League is delighted to work with Bikes For Kids in America, The Bicycle Planet and all of our generous donors. Their gift provided not only the children with the fun of riding a bicycle but it also reminded these struggling families that they are not alone.  These children are all participants in one of the many programs FSL provides to Long Island community residents.   This unique donation helps us fulfill our mission to help individuals, children, and families to mobilize their strengths and improve the quality of their lives at home, in the workplace and in the community.” - Karen Boorshtein, FSL President and CEO.
