Baldwin, NY - December 13, 2016 - The Homicide Squad is investigating a Serious Vehicular Accident that occurred on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 8:05 pm in Baldwin.
According to detectives, a 17 year old male was crossing Grand Avenue at Seaman Avenue, (west to east) when he was struck by a 2006 Dodge Sprinter driven by a 50 year old male. The driver remained at the scene and called police. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is listed in serious condition.
There is no criminality.
