NCPD Crime Alert: Suspect Wanted for Robbing Bellrose Terrace Gas Station

Bellerose Terrace, NY - December 10th, 2014 - Third Squad detectives are investigating a Robbery that occurred on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 2:45 pm in Bellerose Terrace.

According to detectives, a male black subject entered the customer area of the Shell gas station, 238-50 Jericho Turnpike, displayed a black handgun and demanded money from the 32 year old male cashier. After giving the subject an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, he fled the station and was last seen running southbound on 239th Street.

The uninjured victim described the subject as being 30-35 years of age, over 6’ tall with a thin build and wearing a yellow rain poncho and a black mask covering his face.
