Seventeen Year Old Student Arrested for Terrorist Threat Made Against Syosset High School

A student of Syosset High School has been arrested for making a terroristic threat. While engaged in conversation with a teacher at the school, Alexander I. Passe, 17, of Southwood Circle in Syosset expressed his dissatisfaction with the school and stated that he wished “to blow it up.”

His statement was reported to school administrators who in turn informed the police, and at approximately 8:15 AM on Wednesday, October 30,   Passe was arrested by Second Squad detectives at his residence. The student was taken into custody without incident

Passe has been charged with Making Terroristic Threats; he was arraigned today at First District Court in Hempstead.
