Knights of Columbus Honors Legislator Kate Browning and County Clerk Judith Pascale

The Knights of Columbus recently honored two Suffolk officials.

Patchogue, NY - October 22, 2013 - On October 18, 2013 the James V. Kavanaugh Knights of Columbus gathered for their 51st Anniversary Ball to honor two women of distinction, Suffolk County Clerk Judith Pascale and Suffolk County Legislator Kate Browning (WF-Shirley). The event was held at the Mediterranean Manor in Patchogue, and was well attended by elected officials, community leaders and members of the Knights of Columbus Council #5293. 
 
The Knights of Columbus chose Judy and Kate due to their many contributions to the community as public servants. County Clerk Judy Pascale has won several awards for advancements in the Clerk’s office under her tenure that has made it more efficient by steam lining services for Suffolk County residents. Legislator Kate Browning has been an effective leader for her district on many important issues dealing with public safety, quality of life and the environment. 
 
“I am extremely humbled to be recognized alongside Judy Pascale by the Knights of Columbus for our years of service to the community,” stated Legislator Browning. “I want to thank the Knights for all they do for the betterment of our area, and I look forward to working with them to continue improving our neighborhoods.”
