Huntington Station, NY - October 7, 2016 - At the request of the Suffolk County Police Department 2nd Precinct, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Collin Longstreet; age 56; from Huntington Station, NY at 02:55 am on October 07, 2016.

Collin Longstreet is a 56-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia, bi-polar disorder, and schizophrenia. He was last seen in the area of 222 Columbia Street in Huntington Station, at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 6. Collin is believed to be on foot and was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. He may be in need of medical attention.
