Oyster Bay, NY - September 27th, 2013 - The Second Squad reports the arrest of a Bayville man for a Burglary that occurred on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at 1:50 a.m. in Oyster Bay.

According to detectives, on Wednesday September 25, 2013  Thomas Parisi, 20, of 30 Godfrey Avenue entered Evolution Fitness Gym, located at 138 South Street using a key that he retained from his former employment. He then removed an unknown amount of U.S. currency from the register and exited the building. The defendant returned on Thursday September 26, 2013 at 1:43 a.m. and again entered the building using the key.  An employee observed Parisi in the business and notified police. He was placed under arrest without incident.

Parisi is charged with two counts of Burglary 3rd degree. He was arraigned on Thursday September 26, 2013 at First District Court in Hempstead.
