Lakeview Resident Busted During Traffic Stop with Suspended License, Drugs, Stolen Firearm, NCPD Reports

NCPD report the arrest of Terrell Fraiser of Lakeview, 38 for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, September 19.

Lakeview, NY – September 20, 2017 – Fifth Squad detectives report the arrest of a Lakeview man for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 6:15 pm in Lakeview.
 
According to detectives, officers of the departments CIRRT (Criminal Intelligence Rapid Response Team), while in the Lakeview area on Woodfield Road, conducted a Vehicle & Traffic Law stop on a car driven by Terrell Fraiser, 38. 
 
A subsequent investigation revealed that Fraiser had a suspended license and was placed into custody. Inside the vehicle officers discovered a loaded .44 magnum Colt "Anaconda" revolver and a container with concentrated cannabis. A check of the gun revealed that it had been reported stolen from Orange County, Orlando, Florida on 9/11/2007.
 
Fraiser is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle 3rd Degree and three other Vehicle & Traffic Law violations. He will be arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on 9/20/2017.
