Point Lookout, NY  - September 20th, 2013 - The Fourth Squad reports the arrest of a Point Lookout man for Reckless Endangerment in Point Lookout on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 8:30 pm.

According to detectives, Arson Bomb Squad detectives responded to the 63 year old defendant Edward P. Randolph’s residence at 104 Inwood Avenue for improperly and illegally storing gasoline at his home. After permission was granted to search the home detectives observed eight unvented 55 gallon drums that were filled with gasoline stored in the basement. With the assistance of the Nassau County Fire Marshals office the drums along with six empty 55 gallon drums, eight 20 Lb Propane tanks and two handguns were removed from the residence. Defendant Edward P. Randolph was placed into custody without incident. There were no injuries reported.

Randolph was charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Friday, September 20, 2013 at First District Court in Hempstead.
