Silver Alert Cancelled for Patchogue Man with Bipolar Disorder Who May be Suicidal

Patchogue, NY - August 28, 2014 - The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Patchogue man who suffers from Bipolar disorder and may be suicidal.
Joseph Kutteh, 46, of 234 River Ave., Apt. 2A, was last seen at St. Mary’s Church, located in East Islip on August 27 at 1:13 p.m.
Kutteh is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 180 pounds and may be under the influence of drugs. He was last seen wearing gray pants, gray short-sleeve shirt with a checkered design. He was operating a 2007 Chevy Cobalt, four-door sedan, with New York plates GRB5576.
Police are asking anyone with information on Kutteh, to contact the Third Squad at 631-854-8341.
