Four Brooklyn Men Arrested for Using Stolen Credit Cards to Buy iPads

Crimes Against Property Squad detectives report the arrest of four Brooklyn men for grand larceny and possessing a fraudulent credit card which occurred in Valley Stream on Tuesday, 08/26/14 and 5:45 P.M.

Valley Stream, NY - August 27th, 2014 - Crimes Against Property Squad detectives report the arrest of four Brooklyn men for grand larceny and possessing a fraudulent credit card which occurred in Valley Stream on Tuesday, 08/26/14 and 5:45 P.M.

According to detectives, Oshane Anderson, 20, of E. 18th St., Clifford Dominique, 22, of  E. 92nd St., Mamadou Diallo, 21, and Kevin Blake, 21, both of E. 17th St., entered the Target store located at 500 W. Sunrise Hwy., and purchased Apple IPads and other assorted electronics using a fraudulent American Express credit card.  The total purchase was in excess of $6,000.  A loss prevention employee became suspicious and notified police.

Fourth Precinct Police officers along with Crimes Against Property Squad detectives arrested the defendants at the scene.  All four defendants are each being charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Possession Forged Instrument 2nd Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 08/27/14 in First District Court, Hempstead.
