Roosevelt, NY - August 22, 2016 - The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing person along with a missing baby that occurred in Roosevelt on Friday, 08/19/16 at 12:00 P.M.
According to detectives, Tiffany Ortiz, 16, left her home in Roosevelt with her 10-month-old baby, London Valentin, and was headed to Grand Concourse in the Bronx. The missing and her child never returned home. Ortiz is described as a female Hispanic, 5’2” tall, 110 lbs., brown eyes, short black hair, wearing a short sleeve shirt, multi colored sneakers and black jeans. She also has a cross tattoo next to her right eye and tattoos on the knuckles of her left hand. The baby is a female Hispanic, brown eyes, brown hair, and was wearing a pink jumper with black sneakers.
