NCPD: Wyandanch Man Arrested for DWI in Levittown
Levittown, NY - August 17, 2014 - The Nassau County Police report the arrest of a Wyandanch man for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 3:23 am in Levittown.
According to police, a Second Precinct Police Officer observed Wardin D. Guerra, 19, of 1512 Little Neck Road driving a 2002 black Mitsubishi eastbound in the westbound lanes of Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown. A subsequent stop of the defendant’s vehicle revealed that Wardin D. Guerra was operating his vehicle under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
Guerra was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (over .18%), Driving While Intoxicated (over .08%), Reckless Driving and various Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. Guerra will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Sunday, August 17, 2014.
