Roosevelt, NY - August 15th, 2014 - The First Squad reports the details of an Assault that occurred on August 15, 2014 at 5:00am in Roosevelt.

According to Detectives, Officers responded in front of 86 Horace Avenue for a male white Hispanic, approximately twenty seven years old, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.  The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.  It is believed that the victim was walking southbound on Horace Avenue when the Assault occurred.
