The Fourth Squad is investigating a Burglary that occurred on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 11:30 am in Elmont.

Elmont, NY - August 13th, 2014 - The Fourth Squad is investigating a Burglary that occurred on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 11:30 am in Elmont.

According to detectives, a 21 year old female victim was sleeping in her Freeman Avenue second floor bedroom when an unknown male black subject entered her home by cutting a first floor rear screen window. Once inside he then entered her bedroom and awoke the victim. The subject then fled on foot in an unknown direction. There was no loss of property at the time. There were no injuries reported.
