July 24, 2013 - Shirley, NY - Suffolk County Police Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a woman found in her Shirley home.
Police responded to 8 Auborn Ave., at approximately 12:30 p.m. where they found Elizabeth Hernandez, 33, dead of an apparent homicide. Her body was removed by the Suffolk County Medical Examiners Office to determine the cause of death.
The investigation is continuing.
