Long Island, NY - July 13, 2017 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of an Inwood man for Robbery that occurred on April 28, 2017 in Inwood.
 
According to Robbery Squad detectives, defendant Raquan Howard, 18, was placed under arrest on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Nassau County Court (unrelated charge) for a robbery that was committed on April 28, 2017.  
 
The defendant along with two other males (not yet arrested) approached a 51 year old male victim who was walking on Wasner Avenue and took the victim’s cell phone and an undetermined amount of US currency.
 
Defendant Howard is being charged with Robbery 1st Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
