Queens Man Charged with Public Lewdness After Exposing Himself at Wantagh Pool, Officials Report

Long Island, NY - June 19, 2017 - The First Precinct reports the arrest of a Queens man for Public Lewdness which occurred on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at 4:49 pm in Wantagh.
 
According to Patrol Officers, Wilson Kenney, 33, of Springfield Gardens, exposed himself at Forest City Park Pool. The male victim, 17, employed as a lifeguard, saw Kenney seated on a park bench when he began to rub his groin area and exposed himself. 
 
An investigation was conducted and the defendant was arrested without incident.
 
Defendant Kenney is charged with Public Lewdness. He will be arraigned Monday, June 19, 2017 at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
