NCPD Officers Assist in Delivering Twins in North Bellmore

North Bellmore, NY - June 18th, 2014 - The Public Information Office reports the delivery of twins in North Bellmore on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 9:37 am.

According to police, First Precinct Officers along with two Nassau County Police Ambulance Medical Technicians responded to a Gina Court residence for a 29 year old female in labor. While attempting to transport the mother, Officers and the AMT’s delivered baby boy number one on the front lawn of the residence. Baby boy number two was delivered while inside the Ambulance enroute to the Nassau University Medical Center. Both boys and mother are healthy and resting comfortably.
