Setauket, NY – Suffolk County Legislator Kara Hahn honored Dean Routi and Patrick Vitale on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout during their Court of Honor ceremony held at the Setauket Fire House on Saturday, June 15th.
For his community service project Dean built a memorial garden, which included two hand-made benches, various native plants and flowers around a flagpole in front of the Three Village Historical Society. Patrick worked to restore the historic “Secretaries Booth” at Old Field Farm, which had, over its 40 year life, been an important community asset.
