East Meadow, NY - June 13, 2017 - First Squad detectives are investigating a criminal mischief to a church that occurred in East Meadow between Sunday, 06/11/17 at 7:00 P.M. through Monday, 06/12/17 at 1:00 P.M.
According to detectives, unknown person(s) caused damage to the New Covenant Church located at 757 Bellmore Ave. by shattering the front glass door and spray painting graffiti throughout exterior walls, doors and steps of the building. The subject used a reddish/brown spray paint to write ‘cursed devil’ ‘devil witch spells’, in addition to multiple upside down crosses.
