NCPD Investigate Shot Spotter Notification in Uniondale

Uniondale, NY - June 11th, 2014 - The First Squad reports the details of a Shot Spotter notification on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10:25 P.M. in Uniondale.

According to detectives, First Precinct patrol officers responded to 916 Nassau Road for a Shot Spotter notification.  A canvass of the area was conducted which led to the discovery of shell casings on Adams Street and Nassau Road.  No property damage or injuries were reported.  A witness reported hearing a group of males arguing before hearing several shots in the area.  All of the suspects fled on foot northbound towards Uniondale Avenue.
