Long Island Cares, Inc. is very proud of our relationship with Live Nation and the staff at the NYCB Theatre at Westbury. The NYCB Theatre at Westbury often makes a special block of tickets to some of their top concerts available to support our Endowment Fund. In addition, they have been a constant partner in our "Beat an End to Hunger" campaign which has allowed us to auction signed and framed drumheads from some of the most popular recording artists and entertainers that have performed at the venue. The NYCB Theatre at Westbury is also represented on the Long Island Cares' Music Industry Council, and has also been the location of our annual "Concert for "Children's Hunger Awareness," a free event for Long Island schools that will be held this year on Tuesday, October 7, 2014. Thank you Live Nation and the NYCB Theatre at Westbury for being great corporate partners in the fight against hunger on Long Island, and for helping us continue to turn Music 2 Meals.
